Activation failed

How i can resolve this? After, i had sucess to exchange dents for 10BRL to Tim Brazil but in this last Exchange i not recive nothing and the message appears on top of my phone like a message "activation failed... Operator activation of package Tim Brazil 10BRL failed..."

  I'm having the same issue with Verizon here in the U.s. And I've redeemed before just fine. Did your problem ever get solved?
