    I have the same issue in USA. It shows no service or SOS. I sent email to support and didn’t hear from them. I followed the procedure on their support page and didn’t resolve it.

    Hi,

    This sometimes occurs to me as well.

    Make sure that roaming is enabled and data while roaming is enabled as well: the IMSIs used by DENT are not from the US and thus they will need to roam on a US mobile network.

    If this does not help, then here is what I do on an Android phone (Pixel 4a 5G) whenever I cannot connect to a mobile network:

    • Open Settings
    • Open Apps and go to All Apps
    • Click on SIM Toolkit app: now the app info displays and then click on Open

    • Click on DMI

    • Click on Settings

    • Click on Profile

    • Assuming that several profiles are displayed, you should see the active profile marked with a *

    • Click on a different profile and wait until the IMSI attaches to the mobile network
    • If it does not work, try again with a different IMSI profile
