If you are using an iOS device, you will need to scan the QR code from outside the DENT App via the email we send you to install your DENT eSIM.
If you don’t happen to have a 2nd device at your fingertips, the alternative option is to go to Mobile Data in your Settings App and choose Add Data Plan. Besides scanning the QR code you can also opt to “Enter Details Manually” here. You can copy the necessary information from the DENT App eSIM Setup. Just choose “Enter details Manually” as well and copy the displayed information to the aforementioned screen.
Please make sure that you have "Data Roaming" enabled and select DENT for "Mobile Data" in the Settings app.
Once this is complete, you can add Data Plans from your dashboard. Search for a country, choose a package and finish your order. You will see your active and inactive Data Plans on your dashboard including your remaining data.
