We apologize for the delay in your package arriving. Due to high server demand, some packages are taking longer than normal to arrive.
Make sure you check your mobile account under "Bonus", or "Promotion" sections, as depending on the operator, our data packages may not always show up under the account main summary.
In the unlikely event that your package got stuck before activation you can resolve it the following way:
- Make sure you are using an updated version of the DENT App, at least 1.3.3.
- Enter the number you intended to send the package to: you will see a list of available packages for this number.
The package that got stuck before activation has a SEND button on it instead of the DENT price. Use this button to re-send the package.
