While initiating the DENT account registration process, user enters the verification code received from SMS, but due to poor mobile connection the process hangs, tempting the user to request a new verification code with the assumption the original code was rejected. If this is repeated more than three times in a short period of time, to maintain application integrity and security, the account will be locked up to 24 hours.
